Contemporary Matters Reading Group

Contemporary Matters is super excited to launch a new reading group.

We will meet every two weeks to dissect, analyze, nerd out, combat, hate, and love the Situationist movement by reading McKenzie Wark’s Leaving the Twentieth Century: Situationist Revolutions.

Starting overambitiously with the introduction and the first four chapters (pp. 1 – 55), reading pensums, we'll figure out in the first session on November 13. If you feel like doing so, bring your cross-references, texts, gossip—essay—rage pieces, etc., etc.
